While using a mobile phone, when you visit the settings page, the top tab navigation (Profile Information, Plan & Usage, etc) is not side-to-side scrollable within a fixed container locked to the width of the viewport.

Instead, the entire page will scroll if you move to the right (or left). See screenshot.
