Per-network hashtags mappings

Different networks may use different hashtags in terms of their popularity. One such example is Elixir hashtag - on Bluesky people use #ElixirLang whereas on other networks #MyElixirStatus is more popular.

Because of this, it would be quite useful to define mappings, ie:

• Bsky: #Elixir → #ElixirLang

• Mastodon and LinkedIn: #Elixir → #ElixirStatus
