Do each post in a thread count towards the monthly limit?

Asking about the Basic plan:

Schedule up to 15 posts per month

If I publish 3 threads with 5 posts each, would that hit the limit?

Testing JCP and so far appeals more than Buffer for what I need. Trying to figure out the best plan for my use case.
