Configurable delay between publishing posts in a thread

I think it could be nice to be able to configure somewhere a delay between publishing each post from a thread on any social network that supports this.

For example: I would like maybe to have 1-2 seconds delay between publishing each post in a thread.

This helps with:

• Makes the thread to stay longer in the feeds of people (no matter if they are a timeline or some other algorithm)

• I think it helps a lot more with the timeline feeds: because in the timeline once a user misses a post if they follow many other people it is harder to rediscover it

• Helps even with algorithmic feeds (like Twitter one or other algorithms from Bluesky) that takes into consideration the reactions/replies to a post
